New Collection of Chevalier édition: Hommage

Chevalier édition is a rug company that offers an exceptional alliance of craftsmanship and contemporary creation. Company’s mission is to translate a unique, thousand years old know-how into a contemporary and artistic language. All the rugs made by Chevalier édition are exclusively hand-knotted in our Nepalese workshop in Himalayan wool and/or natural silk. Now the company presents a new collection called “Hommage”, built on the company’s history, culture and heritage.

Chevalier édition’s rugs uphold to the highest standards of quality and production, and are crafted in the respect of tradition and of mankind. All the rugs are made to order: colors, dimensions, materials and densities are customizable.

Chevalier édition launches a new collection named Hommage, built on the company’s history, culture and heritage. The collection reflects upon traditional French style, drawing its inspiration from the great periods of art and decorative arts from the XVIIth century to the 1940s. It brings together elegant and timeless period and revisited models and ones with floral and geometrical inspiration. A first collection made up of 17 models, which will be expanded every year. All the rugs are exclusively hand- knotted and are customizable.
