Şirvan Halı

As Şirvan carpet we have preferred to walk in an innovative line that has created its own style for 28 years. We believe that we are contributing to the use of new techniques in the hand weaving, in the formation of better decorative products, without neglecting the richness of the Central Asian and Anatolian cultures that date back. We continue to build our own standard in product and service quality to meet every customer’s needs by increasing our collection every year in the carpet business we started in 1978.

Abdurrahman KIYMAZ, the founder of Shirvan, was born in Adıyaman in 1932. After leaving his hometown, he started to trade carpets and kilims in Istanbul in 1967. In 1978, Kadıköy, one of the most popular districts of Istanbul, opened its first authentic carpet and rug selling store. It was a bit strange that it was an unusual store in the early days. AMA Şirvan Carpet became a store that was visited by almost everyone in the neighborhood and everybody in a very short time. In 1984 he left management to his children. The children continued from the road drawn by Nazif Kıymaz and Orhan Kıymaz dads. At present they are continuing as two stores in Kadıköy Bahariye and Bagdat / Feneryolu. Since 1945, he has always been determined, honest, and successful, like his father, for the duration of his career, full of these carpets and rugs. In 1978, unlike other carpet stores, the authentic traditional Turkish rugs motif carpets and carpets were presented to the service of the Turkish consumer. The service was accepted very quickly and the handwoven products, which are unique to us and bought only by foreigners, It is the main product in carpets. We think that we have pioneered this issue and we are serving Turkish carpets. Besides that, we continue to keep the classical meaning of the varieties. Our innovative range of imported carpets and rugs for five years is at your service.
