Roger Vanden Berghe is a 40 year Family conducted operation for production of area rugs, wall to wall and tuft. For many years the operation was concentrated on bulk business, specialized in face to face Polypropylene BCF. After introduction Heat set yarns, in the late 1970, they decided to go for Vertical integration and started “Trassald “production of PP ,PP Heat Set and HS setting. Large collections have been available in classic and contemporary designing. As from early 2000 a sensitive and spectacular move went towards “QUALITY “, starting with the famous Bihar and Sherazad .New was the fine in reed 500 machines producing 1 and 1.5 million points /m²,later expanded with 2 and 2.5 million top quality’s, now on a reed 700. Next to this enormous upgrade with colours based on 6 and 8 frames, a perfect harmony, promoted RVB as leader in this section worldwide.
